Countryside Christian Preschool in Pittsburg, KS is committed to providing the best possible environment to facilitate a wonderful preschool experience for our students. Our goal is to provide an atmosphere where the students are able to be creative, curious and have hands-on experiences. We seek to achieve this purpose by providing a loving, disciplined learning environment with Christian teachers committed to excellence.
Countryside Christian School
Countryside Christian School (CCS) began its preschool in August, 2010, offering two sessions for both preschool and pre-kindergarten. We have since grown into three sessions and added a third session in the afternoon.

This means that we not only focus on providing a high-quality educational program, but we make every effort to also provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the spiritual, physical, social, emotional, language, and cognitive development of young children.
We believe preschool can be more than just delivering information. Our goal is to provide an atmosphere where the students are able to be creative, curious and have hands-on experiences. It is not enough to just deliver information, our hope is that they desire to be lifelong learners..

School Hours
Preschool
Children who have two more years before kindergarten, three years-old before August 31, and toilet-trained.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8am – 11am
Pre-Kindergarten (3-day)
Children who have one more year before kindergarten and four years-old before August 31.
Special circumstances are sometimes considered for younger children who might enter kindergarten when they are six. This is at the director’s discretion.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 12pm – 3pm
Pre-Kindergarten (5-day)
Children who have one more year before kindergarten and four years-old before August 31.
Monday – Friday: 8am – 11am
